Delivery charges for orders from our online shop are calculated at checkout based on your location and the total order value. We offer free shipping on all orders over $200. All credit card payments are charged at the time of purchase. Tactical Firearms Colorado typically ships all in-stock items within 1–2 business days. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Firearm orders will be processed and shipped within 1–2 business days upon receipt of full payment and a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) and SOT (if applicable). To avoid delays, please have your receiving dealer email a copy of their FFL license or SOT directly to [email protected].
For all NFA items (including suppressors and short-barreled rifles), transfers require ATF approval. Dealer-to-dealer transfers typically take 7–10 business days for approval. Once ATF authorization is received, the item will be shipped immediately and tracking details will be provided via email.
We work hard to get your order out quickly. However, during weekends or high-volume sales periods, orders may ship on the next business day. Shipping Times & Availability
Please note that all shipping lead times are estimates. Certain items—especially high-demand or limited-availability products—may not be immediately available. In such cases, Tactical Firearms Colorado reserves the right to cancel your order if the item cannot be fulfilled. During peak seasons, promotions, or special events, please allow up to 3 business days for shipping.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx 2nd Day, or UPS 2nd Day for handguns and smaller items, depending on your selection at checkout. Long guns, SBRs, and large AR pistols are shipped via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. Expedited shipping options are available during checkout.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Please be aware that shipping boxes or packaging may show wear or arrive with minor damage due to third-party carrier handling. However, all shipments are insured against loss or significant damage. Claims for damaged contents will be reported to the shipping carrier.
Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive an incorrect item, Tactical Firearms Colorado will offer a full refund or ship the correct item once the original product is returned in unused condition within 15 days of delivery. Items that have been used or are not in their original condition cannot be exchanged or refunded.
If your item is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly for replacements or repairs.

Special order items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please confirm all specifications before placing a special order.
